We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment. This will help us complete any necessary forms prior to your appointment. We can also provide these new patient forms to you prior to your appointment so you can complete them before you arrive. These forms are important because they will help form a complete medical and dental history for our dental professionals.
Once you’ve completed any necessary paperwork, you’ll have the chance to meet some of our team and our dental professionals. We’ll be sure to give you the opportunity to ask any questions or address any concerns you may have.
Your first visit will include X-rays and photos. These images help us form a complete picture of what is happening in your mouth by providing views of the structure of your teeth and oral tissues. Our dentist will evaluate the images, provide a physical exam of your mouth, head, and neck, and evaluate the type of cleaning you will need. Using all of this information together, we can formulate a treatment plan if necessary. If you’re here for standard care, such as regular cleaning, this will happen at that time, as well.
